Sistem4D (referred to throughout these Terms as "Sistem4D", "we", "us", or "the Platform") operates an online sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related gaming services accessible at the domain sistem4d.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access or use the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

The Platform is operated under applicable international gaming regulations and is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. It is the responsibility of each user to verify the legality of online betting in their jurisdiction prior to registration.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the Sistem4D Platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR-denominated funds held in a user's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched-deposit bonuses credited to an Account under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of winnings may be processed.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and all related services available at sistem4d.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has created a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using deposited funds, as distinct from free bet credits.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Sistem4D, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the Sistem4D Platform or any affiliated platform;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of Sistem4D, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Sistem4D reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a user fails to provide satisfactory documentation, the Account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and all funds returned (subject to the absence of fraudulent activity).

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Sistem4D will never contact you requesting your password. Sistem4D reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that, in its reasonable determination, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other users, or the operator, including but not limited to accounts linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

Sistem4D accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB), and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in MYR unless the selected method specifies otherwise.

Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction. Processing times are as follows: e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited instantly; FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes on business days; USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals are available to users who have completed KYC verification. Sistem4D will process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be processed on the next available business day. Sistem4D reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be returned to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Sistem4D offers various promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback deals, birthday rewards, and referral programmes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable across all Sistem4D promotions include:

• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be processed;
• Sistem4D reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation is identified;
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• If a player requests a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is satisfied, the bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited from the withdrawal amount.

Sistem4D's Birthday Bonus Programme rewards eligible players based on their verified Account tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP) at the time of their registered birthday. Bonus amounts are credited automatically and are subject to a standard wagering requirement as stated in the Birthday Bonus specific terms.

All bets placed on Sistem4D are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or casino game at the time the wager is accepted. The Platform's betting rules are available within the relevant game or sports section of the website.

Sistem4D reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined prior to bet acceptance (void bets will be refunded to the player's Account);
• Limit, restrict, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including where an individual betting pattern is identified as inconsistent with recreational gambling;
• Correct any obvious pricing errors made in the setting of odds — bets placed at a manifestly incorrect price will be settled at the correct odds and the player notified accordingly;
• Suspend or delay settlement of any market pending official result confirmation from relevant sporting authorities;
• Apply maximum payout limits per event as stated in the applicable sports betting rules page.

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match moments (goals, red cards, penalty decisions). Bets accepted before a suspension takes effect will stand, subject to the settlement rules applicable to the market in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sistem4D Platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registration by, or on behalf of, any individual under the age of 21;
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users;
• Collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately;
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses;
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.

All content on the Sistem4D Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sistem4D or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Sistem4D.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sistem4D shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, revenue, or goodwill.

Sistem4D makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor downtime) may temporarily affect Platform accessibility.

Sistem4D's maximum aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real money deposits made by that user in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sistem4D provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered users:

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with our standard account closure procedure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the regulations under which Sistem4D holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through Sistem4D's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint, players should contact our support team in writing, providing a clear description of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation. Sistem4D will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
